Good I have non ischemic cardiomyopathy & have an ejection fraction of 33%...I have had 2 vt abalations...I am taking entresto 97/103,carvedilol 12.5,spironolactone 6.25,I am not fatigued,I am cycling 200 miles a week & weight training..very frustrated that my EF is not better,what can I do???
