How Can Numbness And Tingling In The Hand Be Treated?

I had Shingles on October last year, across the back of my neck, left shoulder and upper left arm. About 2 months ago I started getting tingling and numbness in 3 fingers on my left hand. Now when I stretch my neck forward - chin to chest, I get massive tingling down the left side of my back.

Hi. I have gone through your query.Your symptoms suggest a Post Herpetic Neuralgia.I suggest you take a Tab Gabapentin 300mg-Methycobalamin 1500mg at bed time for 3 weeks.
