Hi,

I think the numbness and hot feeling on your hands could be related to arthritis or hand joint problems that are causing compression of nearby nerves.

Get it checked by orthopedic specialist, run X-ray of hands, get complete blood count and arthritis tests. Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
