How Can Numbness In The Pelvis And Groin Area Be Treated?

It s hard to explain. I am 50 years old and 17 years ago, i fractured 2 vertebras in my lumbar which resulted in a spinal fusion of the affected area. Since then, I have had 7 other spinal surgeries. My entire lower spine is fused and part of my cervical spine is fused, and last week i had T7 and T8 fused. last year in June, my surgeon finished fusing my lower spine up to where it is supposed to be fused naturally, putting cages in my hip as well. Now, since the surgeries, I am having really severe pain from between my shoulder blades down to my toes. My right leg just throbs from just above the hip down to my toes, with the worst of the pain in my joints.(hip, knee, ankle, and toes) My left leg, innumb to the touch, I can feel the pressure and when something or someone touches it, I want to kill them because of the sensation that I get. I am numb across my pelvic area, including my private area. It also burns really bad. the main veins that go down the inside of my legs, feel like someone is jamming a hot poker into, burning me bad. I cannot lay on my back or stomach and I have to lay on my right side for at least 1 hour before I can roll to my other side. Like I said, I have had 8 backsurgeries all together, with no relief at all. tThese are the main symptoms that I have, but there are more. What would you suggest for me to get relief? I m taking pain meds of course, but they still barely touch my pain. I ve been dealing with this for 17 years now, and I m ready to give up. My doctor seems to just want to cut me open and I think it s been enough. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thank you for your time, Lisa
