How Can Numbness On The Right Side Of The Head Be Treated?

On Friday night a metal pole fell on me striking my head(over the right eye just below the hairline.My head on the top of the right side is numb.I can feel alittle but it feels strange.Other than that I feel fine.It did cause an egg right away.The swelling is almost gone and it bruised..When will this numbness go away?
