Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Palpitations and pinching sensations usually goes for an anxious situation. If you see that these symptoms are in situations that bother you, or these wake you up from sleeping than have a consult anxious disorder. But, if it starts any time of the day, or when you have a physical activity, have a blood test at least for anemia and than a cardiologyst consult. Evitate caffeinated drinks also for the moment till you find the cause of these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
