How Can One Alleviate Pain At The Penis Tip?
I was fine till about 3 o clock in the morning I woke up to a pain in the tip of my penis( it feels like i have to pee but very little comes out. i am a 53 year old virgin and have not had sex with a woman yet. the last time i masterbated was 2 weeks ago. what should i do?

You can have acute urinary tract infection like problem. For that urine routine microscopic examination is advisable. Underlying prostate enlargement like cause also has to be ruled out by pelvic ultrasonography.
If urinary retention present then also it will be clear by sonography. I suggest you to consult Urologist for examination.
