Hello,

Here gestational sac has not been written in the mentioned ultrasound report. Do I want to know after how much time of unprotected intercourse you had undergone ultrasound? Do you have delayed period? Usually, after around 4-5 week, gestational sac can be seen. Blood HCG test can be done to check for pregnancy which is a positive very early period in pregnancy as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
