How Can One Cure Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness After A Pacemaker Placement?

While mowing my lawn I experienced shortness of breath and dizziness and had to stop and sit to regain breath and stability. I took my BP and it was 90/60. Heart rate was 117. I have a pacemaker and have afib. this has never happened to me since my pacemaker was installed.What could this issue be?
