How Can One Diagnose Symptoms Similar To Cellulitis With Appropriate Treatment?

I have recently had a condition that presents itself as cellulitis but not all symtoms and tests match and none of the people treating it has seemed to have seen a case like this I am worried about a missed diagnosis and I have looked online but found nothing matching fully nor can I find pics of severe cases of symptoms.
