How Can One Ensure That The External Anal Sphincter Is In A Normal Condition ?
tell me if this condition is normal or not... when a person bends forward and looks at his anal sphincter ...he sees the external sphincter totally relaxed..but the internal one is tottally closed. and when he stands up the external ones close..

Yes it is normal to have the sphincter position change as you said along with the posture of a person.So when you stand the external as well as internal both are closed and when you bend external is open but internal is closed.
