How Can One Help Their Child Overcome Lack Of Focus When Diagnosed With ADHD?

Sir.l had consulted you for my child.my is s/o adhd/add.you had started cognitive and behaviour traity.but he has same problem yet. he has no concentration on his sub.get poor mark in exam.take more time to learn anything.always ask absurd question.irritation etc please suggest me.thanks
