How Can One Increase Sperm Count During Varicocele Infection?

Hi, after physical examination by Urologist Doctor, he said there is grade 1 and grade 3 varicocele...the one on the left is bigger. Recent SMF results: color-greyish white, liquefaction 30mins, PH 8, rapid progressive20%,slow progressive 30%, non progressive 50%. Morphology 70%, abnormal (large head, bent tail) 30%. Volume 3ml, sperm count 9million. Can I improve count and motility by taking medication?doctor wants me to do a scan from my pelvic down to confirm the results of his physical examination,

Thanks for query .
Your family Physician on clinical examination has diagnosed you to have bilateral Varicocele .However this needs to be confirmed by Ultrasound Scanning and color Doppler study of scrotum to decide about the future mode of treatment.

Your semen analysis reveals low sperm count (Oligospermia) which may be due to Varicocele .

Varicocele impairs the temperature balance of testis required for production of sperms resulting into low production of sperms .Correcting Varicocele by surgery helps to increase sperm count .
