Hi, am 28 years old,am trying to conceive. Bilateral ovaries are normal in size, contour and echo texture. Multiple small follicles are seen. No adnexal masses noted. No free fluid seen in POD. Noted in ultrasound scan report. It would be great helpful if anyone can explain my condition. Thank you
