I am 54 years old, female and menopausal. i am currently not on any hormone therapy or supplements. about a year ago, I started gaining weight, I would have to work 3 times as hard to get it off and then it just came back again. I eat pretty healthy, and ride my bicycle about 5-6 miles 3 times a week and do 15 minutes of cardio 2 times a week. How can I take some weight off?
