How Can One Manage Blocked Nose, Blocked Ear And Cough?

I have symptoms and just a common cold- blocked nose and coughing. But it s in my ears as well which I usually do not get when I have a cold- the left side is completely blocked and c any hear and now my left nostril of my nose is blocked but when I blow my nose all that comes out is blood but only on the left hand side- on the right its normal. Please help

Hello,

I think these symptoms of congestion are normal through the course of flu or sinusitis.

You may need to take antihistamines such Benadryl or Cetirizine and decongestants such pseudoephedrine to help you with congestion.

If it doesn't get better in two weeks antibiotics may be needed.
