However, I am so tired almost like chronic fatigue, cant sleep at night and want to sleep all day, I am teary and emotional and having trouble concentrating. Is this normal. It is so hard to correct my diet avoiding gluten, diary, soy based, peanuts, I don t seem to have any energy... is this normal. thanks
You have symptoms of hypothyroidism (Tiredness, chronic fatigue, having trouble concentrating). This condition cannot be resolved with vitamins or correcting the diet. It is necessary to start thyroid hormone replacement therapy or Levothyroxine.
This therapy will help to normalize the thyroid hormone levels in your body and make you feel better. I suggest to consult physically an endocrinologist in your area for the doses of Levothyroxine and follow up.
Hope this is helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
