How Can One Postpone Periods?

Good evening, i wanted to ask u as to how can i prpone my periods i got last month on the 22nd july, i would like it to come on the 14th aug this month, my periods are regular there is no problem what should i do, because i have a puja to be attended.kindly help me by answering asap.
