How Can Open Wounds On The Legs Be Treated?

I got ate up by either flies or most likely mosquitoes about 2 weeks ago on my legs they do not itch nor is there swelling. I have open wounds (not from scratching or picking) I am having a hard time drying them up and healing. They will scar I m sure. How can I heal them. thank you

it needs to be cleaned primarily with some spirit or something with antibiotics orally if wound is deep or otherwise just topical antibiotic. deep wounds tend to leave the scar so u should visit your doctor to apply some steristrips if it can be to minimize the possibility of scarring.
