How Can Osteoarthritis In The Knees Be Treated?

I have diagnosed with Osteoarthritis of both the knee. I have pain while walking and standing . Doctor prescribed me Glcosamine wih cartigen duo and Altra day tab along calcium tablets. I am taking only Glucosamine and Calcium tab.Not taken tab altra . Is it necessary to take that . I am scared of side effects

can take nasidds. take kneecaps and physiotherapy is advisable. no medication is advised except regular physiotherapy.
