How Can Osteoporosis And Arthritis Be Treated?

I am an Intractable pain patient. 9 diferent diagnosis of 10 or more places in my spine that are injured or degenerating with osteoperosis and arthritis. . Most doctors say it s the worst they have seen. The doctor I have now is getting mean and harmful. He was fine for about 2 or three years Now He cuts some meds completely , others down to less than half. He kept me in a state of withdraw and pain. He stopped adjusting . lost weight, etc. sick all the time and pain is getting worse as he cuts more. I m going to die unless I find a more experienced older , wiser doctor. Soon!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As far as my clinical experience is concerned, prime focus is good pain medication prescription as Tramadol Hydrochloride or choice as per the clinical judgment.

Secondary focus should be to aid in the supplements of calcium, vitamin D3, magnesium and others to halt or slow down the process of underlying inflammation and degenerative changes.

Do give me further chance to assist in future.

Thank you.
