How Can Osteoporosis Be Treated?

I am taking [1} 81 mg baby aspirin & 6.25 mg of caevedilol for what is characterized as minor AFib, as well as gingko Biloba & hawthorn, dandelion[calcium, iron, anemia, etc. for circulation, Mds okay with combination. Would I d be okay to also take Vitamin K to rebuild bone density [osteoporosis]? Thank you ...R Hartnett

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I can understand your concern. As you are already taking calcium tablets, I'd suggest you to take vitamin D sachets every week after consultation. No need to take vitamin K. Kindly do Bone mineral density. Take calcium rich diet. Kindly consult with rheumatologist for severe pain. He may start tablet Etoricoxib. Do regular physiotherapy.
