How Can Pain After Removal Of Basal Cell Carcinoma Be Treated?

I had a basil cell carcinoma removed today. Right now it is painful and I was not given any medication for pain. I have 5 325 mg oxycodone tablets left over from a previous prescription. I am currently taking the following medications: Medications - Taken Each Day Glucosamine Chondroitin - 1,500 mg Vitamin D - 2000 IU Calcium - 500 mg Warfarin - 6 mg Simvastatin - 5 mg Can I safely take one table of the oxycodone tonight so I can get some sleep?
