How Can Pain And Dryness In The Throat Be Treated?

My throat hurts and feels slightly raw around my vocal chords. I do have some sinus drainage. I can talk but I talk softly and not as much because if feels like my vocal chords are straining when I speak. My throat feels dry and when I swallow it hurts and has that raw feeling.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I suggest you to:
-Drink liquids
-Gargle with salt water
-Take a throat spray as a disinfectant
-Take anti-inflammatory medications for the pain.
