How Can Pain And Muscle Spasms Between The Shoulder Blades Be Treated?
I was in a car accident 11-05-17. The car I hit did not stop at a stop sign. My airbag deployed and my chest hurt. After arguing with my doctor she ordered a ct scan and found out the number 5 fib on the left side was fractured. The pain in my rib started after about 2 weeks 3 days a week of seeing aa chiropractor. Once the muscles relaxed a little I felt the rib moving when I moved. That’s why she finally agreed to the ct scan. But the muscles between my shoulder blades still gives me daily pain. Feels like muscle spasms. My doctor has me taking a muscle relaxer at night. What can I do for daytime relief?

You can apply hot water bag on the affected site. You can also spray on the painful area.
Take Aceclofenac and Paracetamol combination drug twice a day for 5 days. Do not worry, it seems to be alright.
