How Can Pain And Numbness In The Legs Be Treated?

This is related to this growth enhancer. I am not after enhancing my height but for my osteophytosis and pain/numbness on my legs... Do you think this can help? It mentioned about the ingredients of this product so I thought it could be of help? Thank you
