I underwent L2 L3 spine surgery in 2015 with screws and I.e. nearly 2 nd half yrs back after I fell down from first floor of my balcony accidentally.Since surgery I have been suffering from pain in my lower back nd numbness till recently. Now I have been relieved of my pain.I want to ask you which kind of exercises are suitable for me nd 2 nd qsn is my parents are in search of suitable partner for me to get married..... will there be any sexual related problems in future or problems in pregnancy...? Am really worried...plz help me....my doctor has never responded to my doubts.
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The symptoms seems to be disc related. You need to take bed-rest with pain killers and muscle relaxant. A need for MRI spine may be there if clinical examination shows any neurodeficit , sensory loss or reflex loss. Pain modulator drugs like Pregabalin or Amitryptiline or Gabapentin may also be taken. Avoid stooping forward, weight lifting, squatting.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
