How Can Pain And Spasms In The Right Thigh Be Treated?

I fell at the end of June and landed mostly on my right hip. A large dark dark purple black and blue developed over the hip area. I now have pain in the upper part of my right thigh when I walk. Eventually the pain goes away as I walk although at times there are spasms in my right thigh. I can do everything without limitations, but it s the pain and burning that bother me.

can be hip bone fracture. take mri and consult orthopaedic surgeon for joint replacement surgery. spasm is because of injury.
