How Can Pain And Stiffness In The Legs And Shoulders Be Treated?

Good evening, I am wondering if I have a form of arthritis or such. I have muscle pain in my legs, wrists, neck, shoulders. I am very stiff in my legs but not sore, getting up off the floor is a whole new adventure these days. I have tingling in 2 of my fingers on my left hand. I feel great otherwise, appetite is fine, blood pressure is a little high 145 area or lower most of the time. I have had this for about 3-4 months now. My arms are very limited in how far I can raise them and how much I can lift, however I walk quite a bite during the day and my legs are okay. I sleep well, but have to take 200 mgs of Advil at night and 400 in the mornings to manage the pain.
