How Can Pain And Swelling In The Feet Be Treated?

I rolled my foot approximately 10 days ago. It was very painful the first couple of days and then gradually got better. I attended a graveside service 2 days ago and now my foot is swollen and very painful. I can walk on it barely. Should I continue RICE or should I seek medical attention?

Seek medical attention as you need to do X ray on your foot..it's obvious that you need only support and rest as this a sprain that means a tendon have been stretched too much
