Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical experience, the current presentation suggests severe arthritis of the foot joints.
* I would like to have an x-ray of the fore foot with anklet to evaluate the joint spaces and other parameters to guide further management rather than simply suggesting to take analgesic tablets. Wish this information will help you. Do feel free to ask further doubts.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
