How Can Pain And Swelling In The Hands And Feet Be Treated?

My husband is in pain, his feet and hands are swollen. He complains about pain constantly, is agitated, can t sleep and comes home after working in a factory and can hardly walk. He has an appointment coming up in 3 weeks but seems to be having more pain daily.

Where is the pain it at the joints or at the palms and soles? Is he an alcoholic or diabetic? Without a proper history or examination, it is difficult to say what is. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
