Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per the description, it seems to be testis inflammation called orchitis from various reasons.
* My recommendations at present:

-Ice application 3 times a day.
-Scrotal support.
-Avoid tight undergarments.
-Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids.
-I prefer 3rd generation cephalosporin antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen or others as per the clinical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
