How Can Pain And Swelling In The Right Thigh Be Treated?
Pain in the area of the right femur with sitting for long prods of time like 2-3 hrs on a flight. Pain subsides with activity such as walking but then returns after sitting for a bit. there seems to be a tubular feeling object, i.e. Ligament that is possibly enlarged or swollen, Sudden onset; no known trauma. Any suggestions?

You can take Tramadol and paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days. Take Omeprazole twice a day for five days. Apply Diclofenac spray at pain site 2-3 times in a day. Apply hot water bag on affected site.
