How Can Pain Around Surgical Stitching Around The Vagina Be Treated?

I had a baby 40 days ago by natural vagina delivery but sustained multiple tears even in my cervix.i still feel pain around tge stitches and bleeding has stopped and changed to brownish drops with a little smell.is this normal as this is my first baby

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Bleeding usually lasts for 2 weeks followed by vaginal discharge if clear liquid containing blood,mucus &uterine contents... this continues for 4-6 weeks.
Vaginal stiches if not cleaned after each evacuating act... can get infected .. to cause the symptoms you have.
For thIs you need to improve genital htgiene (wash with warm water frequently)... dry &apply the ointment given by your doctor/use soframycin creme in case no relief.
Changw sanitory towels at least four times in a day... use sterelized sanitory towels.
Consult your doctor for needful antibiotic &antiinflamatory pills if needful.
