How Can Pain Be Reduced For A Leukemia Patient Already With Stem Cell Transplant ?

My godson just got a Stem Cell Transplant and his hands and feet burn real bad what can he do to get some relief My godson who is 12 years old was diagnosed with AML when he was 8 years old and he just had a stem cell transplant and his hands and feet burn like crazy to the point to where he is crying what do I do how do I help him with the burning, how do I help ease his pain?

You need to inform his transplant physicians; I'm sure there's some locally-active soothing lotion he can use, or maybe even analgesics.
