Hello,

You have multiple kidney stones. It leads to pain. Treatment depends on size of stone. Stone less than 3 mm in size does not require any treatment.

But larger can be removed surgically. For pain relief, tablet Diclofenac or injection Diclofenac can be taken. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hardik Sanghvi
