How Can Pain Due To Recurrent Kidney Stone Be Treated?
I have a recurring kidnehy stone and my hospitals in Bangor, ME are totally against writing pain medicine. When they first started over 4 years ago they wrote me dilaudid 2mg for the pain but now they don t write anything but for broken bones. What do I do? My email address is YYYY@YYYY
Pain killers are harmful in long run and regular use that's your doctor is not prescribing you.
I would advise you to take plenty of fluids 4-5 liters per day.
if you can upload me more information like size of the stone, your ultrasound report, your age, dietary habits so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Please feel free to ask for follow up question with these details I have asked for, I will gladly answer you. Best wishes
