How Can Pain In The Arms And Severe Fatigue Be Treated?

Aches and fatigue in in back, arms(biceps) and thighs. Overall fatigue and little shortness of breath, wife says I sound breathless . Lack of energy, but not gasping for air. Feel like I have worked out and back is constantly sore/tired. Have not a lot of physical activity other than I do mow yards once a week for about 2 hours in 95*+ heat here in Florida. Had a round of 15mg of radioactive iodine on May 5th to bring down hyperthyroidism. Brought me down from 3.1 to 2.1 on T4, Free blood work. No issues or symptoms until the last 2 weeks. Feel very weak.

Hello,

Thyroid dysfunction is one of the most important cause of fatigue and thyroid hormone controls the entire metabolism of the body so I would definitely advise you to get your thyroid checked again and I hope it has not gone way below the normal . Get a free T3 and T4 along with a TSH. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
