How Can Pain In The Back And Neck Be Treated?

I had whip lash last year and my mid back up to my neck has been in pain off and on since. More the spine than muscles. And now it s been hurting every day for almost 3 months and I m always tired and sleep a lot. I haven t been working bc of it. I take ketorlac for pain but it barely takes away the pain.
