How Can Pain In The Ball Of The Foot And Under The Toes Be Treated?

I am having some issues with my feet. my right foot has pain in the ball of my foot-- under my toes the left foot hurts in my heel not the ball.. what can i do to cure this problem thank you just bought urea 40% cream for the callouses can i use this cream all over my foot
