How Can Pain In The Chest And Neck Be Treated?

I have a low grade fever of 100.5. Chest feels heavy but outright hurts all the way through to my back when I cough. Also experiencing pain in right side of neck and shoulder. Can this wait until Monday to see my family doctor or do I need to go to ER?

In my opinion these symptoms may be due to lung infection,may be pneumonia
It is advisable to go to ER for a chest X ray.
