Hi. Somebody hit me hard on my left ear. It s been two months now. I have pain since then. I ve consulted two ENT specialists one prescribed mondeslor for two weeks. I was ok for 2 weeks after the course. Since twenty days it started paining whenever I burp. Is this a serious issue? Should I take mondeslor again?
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Ear pain after trauma of that sort is normal and may last for long. However, intensity of pain is expected to reduce with time.Since no other symptoms associated to pain like vertigo, runny nose, seizures, it may just pain a pain that can be controlled with pain drugs and will progressively go away.Mondeslor is an anti-allergic and may not be a good drug for pain.I will suggest you take it if any allergy symptoms and add a pain/anti-inflammatory drug like aceclofenac. Hope this will help Best regards
