How Can Pain In The Inner Thigh Be Treated?

I have been suffering from spinal cord problem (slipped disc) since last 19 years. Doctor advised for operation but I was against it with an apprehension of failure. The spaces between L4_L5 & L5_L6 are reduced. At present I am feeling a sprain like problem and can not stretch legs and I feel a pain in the inner side of right thigh. Pl advise if there is any medication to get rid of it. SAUMITRA GANGOPADHYAY
