How Can Pain In The Joints And Muscles Be Treated?

I was Exemestane for 4 months after trying Arimidex for 3 months. The joint and muscle pain got too bad and I have a high threshold for pain. Also insomnia, elevated blood sugar and blood pressure, fatigue, mood swings.I have been off a week.How long before joint and muscles quit hurting?

Hi,

There can be several reasons for joint and muscle pain but as for your chief complaint is concerned it can be the case of :

Diabetes mellitus where the body feels fatigued and pain are found around joints due to:

Neuropathy, acidosis, hypertension is also a feature of diabetes mellitus.

Joint pain can be due to overweight which is also found in diabetic patients.

However, I am not able to do a physical examination, so I suggest you consult a good endocrinologist so that your concerns can be addressed properly.
