How Can Pain In The Joints Be Treated?

From 5- 6 months I have noticed click click or cracking sound in my joints specially knee and shoulder joints. Now from 2 - 3 months this is become painful. Pain is increasing dad by day . Pain increases when I do some work or when I do exercise .. My doctor advised me not to do heavy work lift lifting playing pushing he advised me to take rest . He said my muscles are very weak. He prescribe me tendomac tab. , Pain reliever ans calcium tab. Pls explain me what is the problem with my joints...is it osteoarthritis?

actually cracking sounds come bcz some bubbles are generated in our synovial fluid..when they burst sound comes its normal..but if they are painful and you are young and lifting.. start glucosamine tablets. or either it may be rheumatoid arthritis
