How Can Pain In The Left Arm Be Treated?

I fell Friday night. Am on Warfarin for a DVT 4 years ago. My left arm - from the elbow up to my neck hurts. Is better if I move - but cannot sleep and was in excruciating pain on the 3 hour drive home. I always worry about another blood clot. But may have just pulled a muscle. What do you suggest I do?

Hello,
You need to see a doctor if you have trauma like that and are on warfarin. You could have bleeding into the tissues. Please see a doctor as soon as possible
Regards
