How Can Pain In The Leg Muscles Be Treated?

I had a headache for four days, pain reliever didn t help. I also slept for two of those days almost around the clock. My headache is gone, but now I have muscle pain on both legs from my buttocks to my knees. It feels similar to a Charlie horse. The pain won t stop, and keeps me awake. Thank you!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should go and see you, primary physician, first. We should rule out virus or anything else more serious. Neurologist to consult if symptoms will get worse. Take pain medication and magnesium supplement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
