How Can Pain In The Lower Abdomen After A Cryotherapy Be Treated?

Hi there, I had cervical erosion and did cryotherapy a couple of weeks ago. The discharge stopped a few days after the procedure, and I (incorrectly) assumed that I don t need to wait another few weeks before having sex. Now I feel pain in my lower abdomen (similar to period cramps), and I m wondering what I should do.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Based upon your symptoms in my opinion you need to have an examination done by your doctor to rule out the recurrence of infection You need to avoid having intercourse for some more time. If you are waiting for your periods then the symptoms you have mentioned might be premenstrual symptoms.
Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
