How Can Pain In The Lower Back Be Treated?

I m a healthy male, 48 years old. 6 2 , 185 lbs fairly active, with lower back problem. Which is the best pain medication you can recommend, with little or no side effects. I don t take any medication right now. I do take chia seeds, fenugreek seeds, ACV, and lemon water with honey.

Hi, thanks for sharing some of the details! The Body Mass Index (BMI) for the given height and weight is in the normal range (23.7), so weight for the height can be considered healthy. The most common cause of back pain is musculoskeletal injury or strain due to improper sitting or sleeping position. In such scenario right seating and sleeping position gets important and in case of pain, over the counter pain killers and muscle relaxants are usually helpful with sufficient rest.
